Town Hall and Town Offices CLOSED to the public starting March 20th, please read this page for helpful information and resources for Seabrook Town Residents due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

The Coronavirus is presenting us with difficult choices as we seek to stop its spread while maintaining services to our residents. Our first duty is to stop this virus from spreading, even where such choices create difficulties, and lower the level of service we are able to provide. The Town Hall and other Town Offices and Buildings will be closed to the PUBLIC ONLY starting Friday, March 20, 2020 until further notice, the town employees will continue to work and serve the town residents through phone, mail and email. The Seabrook Transfer Station will also be closed starting Friday, March 20, 2020, with that being said the towns recycling program has also stopped until further notice, residents are directed to throw recycling in regular rubbish.

**There is a drop box located at**
the Seabrook Town Hall, mounted on the front door for residents to drop off water & sewer bills, registration renewals, dog licensing, scholarship applications, building permits and etc. Please place any form, document, application or anything you wood like processed in the drop box. Thank you!

 

Department of Public Works (DPW)
**Transfer Station is CLOSED starting Friday, March 20, 2020 until further notice**
Seabrook’s recycling program is stopped until further notice, please put recycling in regular rubbish
Please DO NOT leave rubbish or any other household items outside the gate at the Transfer Station.

DPW can receive credit card payments over the phone, they are still open normal business hours and still receiving applications, payments, requests and etc. through a window. Feel free to email Kelli Hueber or Lynn Willwerth with any requests or questions.

Assessing Office

As we know there are April 15th deadlines for elderly, veterans and disibilty exemptions and several other items, we ask you to please either print out the applications and form and mail them or email them to asilva@seabrooknh.org. If you cannot print them or electonically send them please call the Assessing office at 603-474-2966 as they will accommodate your needs.

Town Manager/Board of Selectmen
If in need to drop off any permit or licensing forms for the Town Managers office for the Board of Selectmen to sign please print them and email them electronically to adavis@seabrooknh.org or koconnor@seabrooknh.org or send them through mail with a return address to PO BOX 456 Seabrook, NH 03874. If unable to print please contact the Town Manager’s office at 603-474-3311 to accommodate your needs.

Residents may e-mail any questions or concerns they may have regarding permits, properties, and code to code@seabrooknh.org, Building Inspections will be limited unless absolutely necessary. If any businesses are waiting for health inspections, they will not be penalized.
