Acceptance of FEMA Assistance to Firefighters Grant

Pursuant it RSA 31:95-b, III(a), the Seabrook Select Board will hold a public hearing on October 6th, 10am, at the Seabrook Town Hall to consider the acceptance and expenditure of $390,946.00 in unanticipated federal grant funds awarded to the Town of Seabrook by the Federal Management Agency under the fiscal year 2025 Assistance to Firefighters Grant Program.

The grant, identified as Award No. EMW-2025-FG-04750, will fund Advanced EMT and Paramedic training for Seabrook firefighters, including associated overtime and backfill expenses. The award requires a non-federal Town cost share of $19,547.30, resulting in a total approved project budget of $410,493.30. The Select Board may vote on the acceptance and expenditure of the grant following the public hearing.
