The Town of Seabrook and the NH Department of Transportation have concluded a roadway access Memorandum of Understanding. Applicants and their professional service providers should become familiar with the terms before submitting applications. Planning Board approval is needed for the subdivision of land and for site plan development in Seabrook. The Zoning and Land Use Regulations, and the 2011-20 Master Plan can be accessed on line via the Planning Board Web Page.
