Request for Certificate of Insurance

The Town of Seabrook requires a certificate of insurance from all contractors performing work for the town – before such work can begin, and such certificate must cover the entire period of the contract. The town requires general liability insurance of all lessees for town property.

Coverage as follow:

General Liability – LGC recommends $1 million minimum.
-Comprehensive form
-Broad form property
-Explosion
-Collapse
-Underground
-Independent Contractors
-Product/completed operations

Only required when the work being done involves the need of such coverage.

Vehicle Liability – LGC recommends $100,000 per person and $300,000 per incident
– Comprehensive form
-Owned
– Hired/non-owned

Workers Compensation Statutory Limits
The town must be given a 10 day notice of the expiration of the insurance coverage cited in the certificate of insurance.
