On May 22, 2017 the Seabrook Police Department, at the regular Board of Selectmen meeting, swore in Sergeants Patrick Smart and Justin Murphy, and Lieutenants Kevin Gelineau and Jason Allen. Congratulations to the new officers, who will assist Chief Gallagher in implementing his vision for serving the residents of Seabrook, and keeping them safe. Thank you to the Board of Selectmen for their strong commitment to public safety.
On Friday April 22, 2016 the Seabrook Recreation Department hosted a “Coffee with a Cop,” which featured Police Chief Michael Gallagher. It was a great chance for the Chief to interact with our residents, answer questions, and take note of issues needing attention. Thanks to the Board of Selectmen, recreation Director Katie Duffey, and Police Chief Michael Gallagher for participating in a great program.
On behalf of the Board of Selectmen a very big thank you to Kiki Evans of Crimeline For the Hamptons, who brought a very generous donation of $1400 that will be used to procure a breaching kit for the Seabrook Police Department. Crimeline for the Hamptons is an active partner with local law enforcement agencies, and we deeply appreciate this donation, and their continuing efforts to be a positive and pro-active force for good with our public safety agencies. Thanks to Chief Michael Gallagher for all of his efforts as well. The Board of Selectmen accepted this donation at the April 4, 2016 meeting.
Congratulations to newly sworn in Deputy Police Chief Bret Walker and Sergeant Kevin Gelineau. The Town of Seabrook swore them in to their new positions with the Seabrook Board of Selectmen on hand to offer their support. Thank you to Chief Gallagher and the Board of Selectmen for making this a special event for the individuals, and for our Police Department.
On December 3rd the Town of Seabrook held a swearing in for Police Chief Michael Gallagher at the Seabrook Library. There were many public safety officials present, including State Police Colonel Robert Quinn, U.S. Marshall David Cargill, Salisbury Police Chief Tom Fowler, Hampton Police Chief Rich Sawyer, and many other Chiefs from the Seacoast region. We had the privilege of having State Senator Lou D’Allasandro on hand as well, and he made some terrific comments. The Seabrook Board of Selectmen were on hand, and both Aboul Khan and Theresa Kyle spoke about their support for the appointment of Chief Gallagher. Thank you to Sgt. Kevin Gelineau for all of his work on this event, and congratulations to Chief Gallagher! The video is below.
